How do coaches get to Miserden?
We have specific coach directions as some of the lanes around Miserden are quite narrow. These are available here. Please do make sure to pass these to your driver prior to your visit.
Are there minimum group numbers?
In order to help with our administration we have a minimum group size of 20. If your group falls below this please do book your tickets using our individual bookings site miserden.org/garden
Are groups met on arrival?
Groups are not routinely met, groups will need to follow the signs from the coach parking to the garden entrance, this is shown on the last page of the coach directions. Group leads will need to familirise themselves with the groups introducion. A more detailed guilded tour can be offered at an additional cost. Please do cotact us if this is of interest.
What options are there for refreshments?
We are excited to announce our new partnership with Little Ginger Café & Deli who have opened in the beautiful grounds at Miserden. They would love to offer your group refreshments whilst you are onsite, but to make the service even better they would ask you pre-order your refreshments if at all possible. They have a standard menu but if you have something specific you need I am sure they would be happy to sort it for you. Can we bring our own food and drink?
Unfortunately, we don’t allow guests to bring their own refreshments into our Garden or surrounding areas, however, you are more than welcome to take a picnic into the wider Estate if the weather is permitting! There are some lovely local walks which we can suggest - available here.
Are there toilets?
Yes - toilets are available in the welcome area - although are limited and so staggering may be necessary.

How do I make a booking?
Please use the specific booking link above for groups.
What are the payment terms?
Groups need to pay at least 7 days before their arrival date. This can be done using the payment link in the booking confirmation email. If you do not receive this, please do get in touch with us. If you would rather pay by BACS or another method, please do drop us an email.
Can I amend my booking?
Please use the link in your booking confirmation to amend your booking. This can be done up to 7 days prior to your booking when payment needs to be made. Should this not be possible, please do contact us at hello@miserden.org and we can do this for you.
Can I book an extended guided tour around the garden?
Yes, please drop us an email for us to add this to your booking, or for a quote for any additional offerings.
