Wax ring Making at Miserden

Join HEKA jewellery founder Jo for a wax carving workshop to create a ring design in wax, ready to cast in a metal of your choice. Jo has been a bespoke fine jewellery designer for many years and hosted workshops at various venues and festivals, whilst designing and selling her collections internationally.  Lost wax casting and wax carving for jewellery is an ancient technique for jewellery making, and is the perfect intro to making your own jewellery for anyone 16 years or older.  There is no experience necessary, Jo will guide you through the whole process including design inspiration if you are unsure what to make.

Your wax model can be cast and finished by Jo after the workshop and delivered to you if you choose; the price for this is calculated on the day dependent on the weight of your piece in your metal of choice. Typically allow another £30-£40 per piece for this as a guide.
